During my time working with Ana, I learned to attune to my nervous system and to shift between the states of it instead of staying frozen or dissociated.     – Starting Tuesday February 4th, 2025 at 6:30pm AEST time.

  • Theory Modules - Dive into 5 sessions and explore topics like the vagus nerve, nervous system, stress and self-regulation and physical wellbeing.

  • Integration tools between sessions - Each session you will be offered tools, journaling prompts and resources to support integrating wisdom.

Are there any live calls? What time zone are they?

5 Weekly sessions starting February 4th at 6:30pm-8pm AEST and sessions will not be recorded.

What if I cant attend the live call?

Our weekly session consist of experiential, active learning as well as Q&A where you can get specific questions answered. A summary will be provided upon each session to support weekly integration.

I am experiencing financial hardship, is there any support?

I understand the importance of accessibility and strive to ensure that financial constraints never hinder your personal growth by offering flexible payment plans tailored to suit your needs. There are also one full and two half scholarships spots available to support individuals facing financial hardship.

The scholarship offer is for individuals who are facing genuine financial hardships and who would otherwise be unable to afford the program. For example single mothers who are struggling to make ends meet while also seeking opportunities for personal growth and self-regulation. Additionally, I recognise the invaluable contributions of women who dedicate themselves to supporting their communities or other women, often with limited resources of their own.
