Are you yearning to take sometime for yourself, explore your own inner feminine wisdom and fully nurture yourself?

This retreat has been created for the woman who is ready to delve into all the aspects of being embodied. Over the course of the retreat explore women centred movement practices, self care rituals and shared wisdom while exploring the magic of Paros.

Lets Swim in the turquoise sea while surrounded by breathtaking views, wander the bright streets, and visit ancient towns and ruins. Taste the delicious food and connect with like minded sisters.

This experience will allow us to experience greater intimacy, connection with the self in sisterhood and ultimately feel more in touch with being alive.

The wisdom I share today is directly sourced from my authentic journey of learning how to cultivate my own personal freedom and I cant wait to share it with you!

What’s Included:

  • 7 days of transformational Practices

  • Two daily women embodied practices: Movement/Meditation/Ritual– Equipment provided

  • Daily delicious breakfast 

  • Six nights stay in a family-owned accommodation – shared or private rooms available - – possible upgrades.

  •  Shared transport for the week – 3 pax per manual car, possibility for upgrade (driver excluded)

  •  Three organized group activities

  • Farewell dinner at one of Ana’s favourite local restaurants

Not Included: 

  • Airfares and transfers to Paros

  • Afternoon and evening meals, except for farewell dinner 

  • Extra activities/treatments

The days are filled with free time to explore all that Paros has to offer. Group activities will be available.

  • Morning Practice (Meditation, movement, Ritual)

  •  Breakfast

  •  Free time or join an organised activity with Ana 

  •  Lunch – explore local restaurants or join Ana for a group meal at one of Ana’s favourite local spots

  •  Integrative Yoga Practice (Meditation, movement, ritual) 

  •  Free time 

  •  Dinner - explore local restaurants or join Ana for a group meal at one of Ana’s favourite local spots
